[Feature Request] Ability to load settings from a URL

It would be great if all versions, including the web version at https://web.tabliss.io could have a place to enter a URL to load the settings. This would allow saving the settings to a local location or a website, (e.g. a gist) so that settings can be restored easily. Using Safari means I am stuck with the web version and settings are occasionally just lost. Currently I have to keep a copy of the settings on all my devices, which is annoying.
