[Feature Request] Play a sound upon completing a todo item

Checking an item off the to-do list would be all the more satisfying if a little congratulatory sound played upon doing so. Even more so if a user could, say, point to a directory of sounds on their system to pick from upon doing so. I'd gladly code this in myself, but I have absolutely zero experience in CSS.
