Html Video Player does not reestablish connection if jellyfin server restarts

Describe The Bug

If the jellyfin service restarts, the Html video player does not seem to automatically reconnect when the service comes back up.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Have a video playing on a client device (iPad, transcoding)
2. Restart the jellyfin service (system restart)
3. Note that after the restart is complete, the video does not resume buffering and eventually stops. Client must refresh to resume.

Expected Behavior

It might be a pain to do and thus unreasonable, but I would expect the client to reestablish connection and resume playback or buffering when possible.

Additional Context

Issue was first noticed while updating from Debian 10 to 11, but seems to happen on all server/service restarts
