Current behavior
When we have multiple entries for a certain Period Target, the target values is summed for each entry and then displayed in the IPTT report. For example, if we have two entries for the Target of say 2 for each entry, the target is displayed as 4 instead of 2.

See screenshot:
image

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Reports > Indicator Tracking Table
  2. Generate a report by completing all the dropdowns
  3. Look at your period targets specifically the Target column and see multiple if you have multiple collection entries, the calculation is a summation of all collection entries.
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The Target Value displayed should only show the Period Target value, not a summation of the entries against this Target period.

Hi @Kimaiyo077 The quarterly report looks okay, however when the monthly and yearly reporting period is selected there are some issues. See this example report:

  • Indicator results example:

  • The yearly report indicate an inaccurate Target value:

  • The monthly report does not show the values for the respective months.
