Give a tool an @mentionable name to be triggered explicitely during a chat

This would give the user control of the tools and could do things like using a series of tools one after the other with the context of the conversation being available to the model. It feels like you need to know how to prompt a tool when you go to use one in things like the GPT Creator in ChatGPT. This would give the user more control.
