Questions:
Freshdesk Contacts have a Soft Delete and a Permanent Delete.
Which should we do when in Sync mode? I imagine Soft Delete to start, but if someone wants to Permanently Delete for

The tickets and conversations objects look like interesting fields to be able to pull from. I'd like to be able to create tickets from triggers in our data.
