How can I fix "Dirty database version 80. Fix and force version"?

Hi,
How can I fix the error below?

I deployed the harbor using operator and the version is release-2.5.0.
And it doesn't happen in release-2.4.0.

I looked up the error and it was because the sql failed.
And the sql failed due to lower postgresql version(9.6).

0080_2.5.0_schema.up.sql

error: migration failed: syntax error at or near "AS" (column 44) in line 30:
(details: pq: syntax error at or near "AS")

Can I comment out the sequence query to use release-2.5.0 with postgresql 9.6?
