Add a way to copy a list of currently visible PRs

It would be helpful to be able to share the results of the tool. But since the pages are dynamic and there cannot be persistent links to specific lists of PRs, I think a solution here is to add a button to copy a list of links for the currently visible PRs. Clicking it would put into user's clipboard a text that includes the name of the currently selected repo, the current file path, and a list of links (and possibly names) of the PRs listed on the page.

This text can then be pasted to any discussion platform as necessary.
