I haven't yet tried this one, but my webpack started to bark at asset size limit:

WARNING in asset size limit: The following asset(s) exceed the recommended size limit (244 KiB).
This can impact web performance.
Assets: 
  publish.js (760 KiB)

I went to see what's wrong because my JS is just a few bytes long, and I found out that its gitalk that weights 2.0Mb.
