llama.cpp currently implements hipBLAS for acceleration on ROCm devices.
Would llamma.cpp benefit from integrating hipBLASLt? The repository describes hipBLASLt as:

hipBLASLt is a library that provides general matrix-matrix operations with a flexible API and extends functionalities beyond a traditional BLAS library

The requirements to use the library are:

• gfx90a card
• gfx94x card
• gfx110x card

Which means 7900 XTX is supported. What does this mean for RDNA 3?
