tekton installation failure when installing new version of fuseml #217

I uninstalled my setup (using fuseml-installer uninstall) and tried to install version 0.2 with fuseml-installer install.

This has failed with

🚢 Deploying Tekton.........error installing FuseML: installing tekton/install/profile-all.yaml failed:
Error from server (AlreadyExists): error when creating "/tmp/fuseml956453314": tektonconfigs.operator.tekton.dev "config" already exists
: exit status 1

Seems like uninstallation wasn't complete and/or installation should be more relaxed with "AlreadyExists" kind of errors

tektonconfigs.operator.tekton.dev is actually deleted when uninstalling, but the new installation fails anyway with the same error

So it looks more like some conflict in tekton installation files...
