Table schema and constraint checking can be supported by MongoDB through document schema validation: https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/core/schema-validation/

Primary keys and indexes are also supported in MongoDB:
https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/reference/method/db.createCollection/#std-label-db.createCollection.clusteredIndex
