不能用视频去加载取关键帧截图。最好是让网络视频后台返回视频封面的图片。

取视频帧是一个很费时的操作，需要另外开线程，否则阻塞主线程就会很卡。另外视频最好也做一些缓存机制，否则每次播放都会去网络获取，浪费流量，体验也不好。
