Add CSS helpers for spacing, sizing primitives

Right now sizes and spaces are ad-hoc, they can be predefined and applied automatically like we do on the main Every.org app; probably not worth investing in until #77 is done but would like to do that.

• standard font sizes
• standard spacing amounts
• standard colors
• helpers to define common layout primitives used here like horizontal stack, vertical stack
