Advanced Filter: add same field multiple

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For example we multiple enum field named "Tags", I want to filter records that has Tag 1 and don’t have the Tag2

Describe the solution you'd like
Just allow to add the field several times on the UI, I think will need to change the naming for filters views, API already support this kind of requests.
