espeak-ng: command not found

Hello, everyone!
I'm 17 years old and I just installed espeak-ng, but I couldn't compile the file. It's the first time I finished working on the Crimean Tatar language on espeak-ng, my work was exhausting. But, after I finished with my Crimean Tatar language, I started to compile, and it didn't work, and when I compiled it says in the message: espeak-ng: command not found. I have a problem and I need help!
