Uploader name should be visible to all

Anyone with viewing access to the album should be able to see who uploaded the item. When I make a collection link, only the owner of the link can see the name used when uploading items. Anyone else added as an album collaborator just sees that the owner of the link "owns" all of the photos. Would be useful for both the activity view, and just in general when browsing the album, if anyone could see the name of who uploaded.
