Can not able to connect signaling server and make video call

downloaded code from here its running fine but its not connecting to signaling server and can not able to make video,audio call.
I have given my signaling server details its working fine and from android also for signaling I separately implemented the code in that code also its connecting signaling server..
I want to use this project for video call i am facing issues while implementing separately..If this project will work it will help me alot
