Describe the bug
NextTopLoader which is already used in the project doesn't show up when user clicks on "View Content" on Home Page, though we have a skeleton but ideally NextTopLoader should come up. @hkirat also mentioned this in one of his recent live to fix this up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on View Content in 0-100 Cohort or any other which has content
  2. While navigating, you will notice that NextTopLoader doesn't show up which isn't a good user experience

Expected behavior
NextTopLoader should show up when user navigates through "View Content" towards each individual course.
