That would be nice to have the script automatically run at a given frequency.

Add option to auto-execute or schedule the script.

Alternative idea is to manually trigger the script via an Alfred Workflow Action, triggered via a hotkey.

I'm currently investigating launchd, that seems to be apple's suggested way for doing this kind of things. I have no experience with this so I don't know if this will be easy or not.
