Acceptance criteria

Background: The QRadar team talked about their issues during the Carbon India Office Hours. They needed more help, so we decided to set up some workshops to solve their problems properly.

Key Discussion Points:

• In-depth exploration of Edge gateway and log-forwarding mechanisms.
• Overview of best practices in the context of QRadar implementation.
• Brief review of other User Experience (UX) aspects and Product flows.
• Coordination of future support sessions, considering participant availability and specific requirements.
