As a user, I want to see recurring budget transactions further out so I can view account balances in the future

For the budget part the most common non-monthly that comes to mind is
paychecks. Most people have either weekly or bi-weekly for those. When I
had daycare the payments where on a weekly basis for that as well.
Forecasting I'd think can be not too overly complex, although adding
more advanced things is nice, for the most part what I'd see useful is a
'given these parameters what do my accounts look like X days in the
future?' type of forecast. Those could be done with either things
specifically put in the plans like known paychecks/bills/etc, or using a
historical look back (over the past 6 months you had an average input of
X for this category, so assume that going forward) both which have use
cases for sorting out where people could make changes.
