Is your proposal related to a problem?

We are self-hosting and would like to use Round Robin with 10 team members. However, we have an individual (meeting) link for each member. With managed events, I can enter an individual link for each person when I select "link meeting" for each individual and "Organizer's default app" in the manager/admin overview. This does not seem to be possible when using the Round Robin feature.

Describe the solution you'd like

To be able to set an individual link for each team member.
Suggestions:
Set a link as location either in the event type of each member (like it is already possible in managed events).
Or similar to the option "Organizer's default app", to have an option called "Organizer's default link" which can be entered e.g. somewhere in the general profile.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Choosing a video conferencing tool such as Cal Video or Zoom as location is not an option for us due to privacy concerns. For video calls, we use Confrere as a service provider.

Additional context

I searched for this feature and it was already requested in 2022. See here: #5485
As far as I understand, the issue was seen as important, but it was closed later, even though the solutions implemented later do not include individual links.

House rules
  • If this issue has a 🚨 needs approval label, don't start coding yet. Wait until a core member approves feature request by removing this label, then you can start coding.
    • For clarity: Non-core member issues automatically get the 🚨 needs approval label.
    • Your feature ideas are invaluable to us! However, they undergo review to ensure alignment with the product's direction.
