Daemon end to end test setup does not work successfully when there are multiple environments left over from running integration tests. Additional research needed but one issue is that they're trying to stop all tasks in the cluster but the scheduler keeps starting tasks for existing environments when new instances join the cluster.

Also make sure that e2e tests are able to run in parallel and do not depend on a clean cluster/environments.
