Listen "onhashchange" event to change aria2 path immediately #93

現在YAAW可以用#來代入 aria2 的 JSON-RPC 地址，
但是疑似沒有註冊 onhashchange event listener，
所以改變 path 時，rpc 地址沒有立即更換
