[Feature Request] aptos-transactional-test-harness tests maybe could use metadata returned from extended_checks

Not sure how it's useful, but if we would like to have Aptos metadata collected by extended_checks available in running transactions in the aptos-transactional-test-harness tests, then we should figure out how to add the collected _runtime_metadata to the output file in aptos_test_harness.rs. We may be able to just call the function inject_runtime_metadata() in aptos-move/framework/src/built_package.rs (after making it public so we can use it) but first we need to find the compiled package path.
