I have problem, when i try compile Marlin 2.0.8 i don't have a list matherboards. Only text "Include_tree".

Having seen the recentness of the last update, I think this project has been killed, as there has been no updates for at least 3 years. I wouldn't expect your issue to be resolved anytime soon.
I am wanting to ressurrect this myself, but will take time to understand it, as it's been very poorly commented sadly.

The reason it's not flagging the motherboard might be due to the fact Marlin 2.0 went from having all the config within the two files to now having them pretty lightweight and instead splitting out to use config files for each printer.

You can set back to 2.0.7.x. There you can choose the microcontroller board. No solution, but better than nothing! But care about, you can only set back unedited Firmwares!
