[Feature Request] Option to combine SMS and iMessage conversations

Add an option to combine conversation threads of the same contacts to a single SMS/iMessage conversation.

Also, it would be nice if we could optionally write text messages received on the Android phone to iMessage server, so that it behaves like the SIM card is inserted in an iPhone and just like how an iPhone would write the text messages in iMessage history, the Android client would do the same.

My use-case is a bit different, I don't want to interact with iMessage in an Android device, I want a write-only client, I need to put an Android device in home to just get text messages from my SIM card and relay them to iMessage so that I can receive them on my iPhone when I'm not at home, simulating adding another SIM card to my iPhone.
