Title.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add the dynamic dropdown for properties, that was added in #2407 for "Create Contact", to the "Create or Update Contact" action also.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Possible to work around this using the API or Hubspot SDK via a code piece.
