Using a select by normals node after creating a cube from a vertex (3 extrudes nodes with 2 select all nodes ) makes the object disappear every time I change some value of the tree, and the only way to get it back is change select mode to vertex and then to edges or faces in the node. And this happens for every node tree in the blend file. Didn't try to save and reopen the file tho.
I may be doing something wrong cause I just downloaded the addon today, but it's a very simple tree, so I don't think so.

Add a "Set Selection Mode" right after the "Single Vertex" input node and set it to "Vertex". This will ensure that the extrusion happens on the vertex, and not on the current mode, whatever it may be. When you change the selection mode to edge or face in "Select by Normal" node, it retains the mode, and on revaluation, the vertex doesn't get extruded properly.
