Ghost destination and plugin activity

Describe the solution you'd like
As a digital marketer I would like to sync segments on a Tracardi profile record to a Ghost member (subscriber) labels so that targetted emails can be sent from Ghost to various member cohorts based on their member label.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only other way that I could see to solve this was to build a bridge using a third party API which whilst it would work, would not be scalable.
