Make Tracardi gitops friendly

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no way to define in code the set-up of Tracardi that will lead to production ready installation.

There 2 issues that make Tracardi not gitops friendly.

1. Need of manual installation after docker deployment
2. Complicated setup process not suitable for declarative YAML setup

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to setup Tracardi so it is production ready in k8s.

Describe technical solution

1. We must write a crd that will install Tracardi without need of manual, in browser, installation.

2. The same CRD must take care of the initial set up so we need an initial set-up file that is exported from tracardi and feature that will important is it via API.
