镜像导出保持现状（经过测试，压缩后体积和 oci 镜像layer复用大小相差不大）
镜像导入 集成 在 蓝鲸 helmfile-d 的 image_push.sh 脚本中。
scripts/ image_push.sh -u <user> -p <passwd> -k -o <old_registry> -n <new_registry> -f <111.tar> <222.tar>
