Readme Outdated

There have been a few features that have been updated since the original readme was written.

Would be great to see some updates to the documentation.
The following updated features come to mind.

• Creating tags: a ctrl-t shortcut has been added to the program.
• Editing Tags: The warning about having no method to view all of your tags is outdated
• The tag database could probably use a callout
• The tags-to-folder macro could use some documentation and that feature can probably be
• Tag management view can be crossed off the priority features list either with strikethrough or relocation a collapsible implemented features list

I'm sure this isn't everything, but it's the ones that immediately jump to mind, so a sweep of the merged PRs and any associated feature changes would be great.
