点击升级到完整版重启之后还是一样家庭中文版，然后这是过程中的报错。

不能更新是系统问题，只能自查

感谢您的回答，我已经解决了，问题可能是电脑厂商自带的系统不允许升级，我去微软官网安装了一个win10专业版就解决了，谢谢您
