在一台实体机和esxi里的测试过
系统 win10 1909 x64 professional

HWID.CollectBIOS里调用 HWID.AddInstanceHash会崩在SHA256Update里
导致 GenActivateLicenseXML(GatherOsState.LicenseType一直返回Error 提示超时

经测试2.6.3.0 2.6.2.0都会崩在这 2.5.0.0没问题

只有1909会这样吗，等有空的时候我试一下

物理机 1909 esxi 1903 21H2都出现了这个问题
