Suggestion: Remembering where you left off when reloading #697

When SkyTemple reloads the ROM, it always returns to the default starting position, such that the user then needs to manually navigate to where they were in SkyTemple's menus before the reload happened.
This can be cumbersome when performing many operations that require reloading, such as installing a lot of patches, so it would be convenient if SkyTemple remembered where the user was before the reload and navigated to there automatically after a reload (in particular, an obligatory "The ROM will now be reloaded" reload).

This and #698 are currently practically not doable and probably require some major rewrite for SkyTemple 2.0. I've been wanting to add this a few times but always failed without rewriting larger parts of the editor.
