paddlevideo的3d模型部署 #10478

版本、环境信息
1）Paddle Lite 版本：v2.13
2）Host 环境：Ubuntu 18.04
复现信息：pptsmv2模型转化为nb格式时报错
Check failed: op: Error: This model is not supported, because operator 'temporal_shift' is not supported by Paddle-Lite.
另外也不支持3d卷积算子
Error: This model is not supported, because 2 ops are not supported on 'arm'. These unsupported ops are: 'conv3d, pool3d'.
请问现在是否支持3d模型的转化或者后续是否将支持

目前 Paddle-Lite 暂时不支持该类模型，如果有强烈的需求可以反馈给 #10452 进行统计，我们会根据反馈统一进行开发排期。
