Feature request

We want to store prompts files like in https://github.com/griptape-ai/griptape/tree/main/griptape/templates/prompts, e.g. https://github.com/griptape-ai/griptape/blob/main/griptape/templates/prompts/tool.j2

We want to replace our prompts (e.g. https://github.com/OpenAdaptAI/OpenAdapt/blob/main/openadapt/strategies/stateful.py#L102) with this pattern.

Let's try to use https://github.com/griptape-ai/griptape/blob/main/griptape/utils/j2.py by either importing as dependency, or copy (include attribution at the top) if necessary
