Context menus broken

Describe the bug

This latest Windows Update broke most context menus on the task bar and system trays. I can no longer right click and bring up options on open tasks and system tray options like volume control will not open the volume slider list.

To reproduce

Right click on open tasks or left click on volume control or the gear icon in the system tray

Expected behavior

No response

Windows version

Windows 11 Pro 22H2

Why do you think it is related to Open-Shell?
Does the issue go away if you disable Customize taskbar (and eventually reboot)?
Does it go away when you uninstall Open-Shell?
