Integrating automated org:invite mechanism to "Join the Community" section

Actual Behaviour

Nothing upto this point.

Expected Behaviour

A box where users can input their email and github-username to request an invitation.

• The back-end will verify if the email is official e-mail distributed by our college
• It'll then send the invitation using Github API to the username

This feature can lead to unintended effects, like members getting added to the organisation which are not a part of our college, if they bypass some mechanism and they can as for now, our website comprises of only front-end.

Other than that, people who don't love open-source can also be added and that can degrade the quality of our organisation.
