[5.3.0] Clean installation without error but image is not showing... again

Hello everyone,

For a week I am hitting my head on this topic. By description, it sounds like the issue 2262: ### Discussed in #2262

But the solution of adding the APP_DIR and APP_URL did not help. Also, I noticed that the issue persists, in native and docker installations. The uploaded images do appear in the original upload folder and can be downloaded again. But thumbnails are not displayed in the web interface.

For developing, Lychee is running in a VM locally. Once, all setup, it'll go to hosting for the outside (inter)net.
From the Diagnostics tab I understand that the issue is related to the file permissions. The relevant folders do not have the correct permission. But when checking from the command line, I get the correct permission, such as:
drwxrwxr-x 2 www-data www-data 0 May 19 17:42 /media/Lychee_config

[UPDATE]: The problem could be resolved by first setting the folder permissions and then install Lychee. Why this didn't work in reverse order, is a mystery... Maybe this helps someone else some day.
