为什么不使用 collectionView 去实现呢，现在的 cellWillAppear / cellDidAppear 触发规则太粗暴了。导致多页滑动时会发生闪烁了，视频内容尤其严重。

以前版本是用的collection view，后来为了更灵活改成自实现了...
最近我也意识到collection view不可替代，我再出一版collectionview的实现吧

目前版本如果你能改的话，可以基于你们业务场景适配下。刚开始做这个的时候我还没关注到视频的需求，所以不完美

加载网络图片,网速慢的时候,重用也有问题...
