Main branch up to date at the time of writing.
It only happened to me on main branch so far, and has happened 2 times already. I made progress on my flax project, in scripts already created in precedent sessions. Upon saving the scripts, it sometimes (not always) seems that it is not saved, and no message is displayed to warn the user about the unsaved progress upon leaving the editor. Upon launching the editor later, the scripts are back to the way they were before making the progress, invalidating hours of work.
I did not catch if the logs caught an error, but no safety net against closing an unsaved project / unsaved script was triggered. Script windows were systematically closed before the project window, aka the editor window, without triggering a confirmation pop-up. It appears that, so far, it only does that to visual scripts, written scripts are not affected.
I do not yet know how to reproduce the bug, and I will keep this issue informed if it occurs again. I do have to note that the content of the scripts do not matter, I had to recreate some scripts several times, and sometimes it does not save, while some other times it does. There is like a sense of randomness in it.
