If the App is offline we can not retrieve the Survey

If the App is offline the survey cannot be retrieved and the form cannot be displayed but we are not managing properly this case cause if the user click the feedback label in this condition this is what she will see

I think that we should go for a simple solution and display just a message like 'We cannot retrieve the survey, please check your connection and retry.' rather than more complex solution involving local cache of the survey.
