链版本：2.9.0 未开启国密
问题：文档如图上绿框的都对上了，算hash就对不上下一步

区块里第一笔交易有什么特殊的处理方式么，使用相同的逻辑，多笔交易的中间交易是正确的，区块里的第一笔交易计算是错误的

检查下是不是第一笔交易没有right之类的边界问题导致的
