set s3 mim-types on uploaded files #18

seems like all the binary files I upload to s3 via unglue.it are served with binary/octetstream. Should check to see if this is suboptimal.
you can set the content-type of S3 objects...eg., https://github.com/Gluejar/regluit/blob/e9ddbf98c028aeda8d2d82285a4b4466568b7015/core/doab.py#L37
