Implement the now playing bar on iOS and Windows. Windows should be a copy paste of the old code (introducing new features).

Features

Button to view main now playing page (this is the entire bar on iOS, the rest of the features apply to the UWP bar)
View previously played / up next
Shuffle
Previous
Play/pause
Next
Repeat
Progress Bar
Like / unlike
Volume
Transfer media
