Used to show music providers in a list. Used on the browse, installed, and onboarding pages.

Need to have a standard music provider model

Show logo, name, publisher
State for pending update, not installed, installed, installing etc.
Tap on to show menu
- Browse: Install, view store page
- Installed: Uninstall, view store page
