Unable to use kernel mode for DS game with M3 DS Real

Expected behavior

Be able to boot in kernel mode for DS game with M3 DS Real in TWLM autoboot mode

Actual behavior

Since https://github.com/DS-Homebrew/TWiLightMenu/releases/tag/v25.9.5 the kernel mode for DS game no longer works
A Workaround is to install the lastest TWLM version but use the autoboot from the https://github.com/DS-Homebrew/TWiLightMenu/releases/tag/v25.9.4 version

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the lastest TWLM version
2. Use the autoboot from this archive
3. Try to start a game using kernel mode

Seems this happened as a result of the port to rtfv3's base DS-Homebrew/DLDI@31034f8
